This year has been marked by outstanding recognition for The Phoenix, including our recent win as the Capital Region Supplier of the Year at the CRMSDC (Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council) and our nomination for the prestigious NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) Supplier of the Year award. These accomplishments, alongside the AMA MX Best Marketing Collateral of the Year Gold Award and three Davey Awards, underscore our dedication to creating impactful campaigns that inspire connection, drive change, and amplify our clients’ brands.

The Phoenix received the prestigious AMA MX Best Marketing Collateral of the Year, Gold Award for our creative work on Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated’s Grand Boulé 2024 campaign. The Grand Boulé, the sorority’s largest convening event, provided a powerful opportunity to honor Zeta Phi Beta’s nearly 105-year legacy while embracing its forward-looking vision. With a multi-channel approach that combined visual branding and interactive experiences, we developed a dynamic suite of assets to elevate the event’s prestige and create a compelling brand experience. Each piece, aligned with Zeta Phi Beta’s historic symbols and identity, resonated with attendees across all touchpoints, reinforcing the significance of this event.


Three Davey Awards Recognizing Excellence in Marketing and Design

The Phoenix also received three 2024 Davey Awards for our work with Ahold Delhaize USA and the Phyllis M. Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking at Tulane University. Recognizing the creative achievements of small agencies, the Davey Awards celebrate impactful design and innovative strategies that elevate brands across industries.

Ahold Delhaize USA: Our comprehensive rebranding and website renovation project for Ahold Delhaize USA was designed to modernize and enhance the brand’s digital presence. Working closely with the Ahold Delhaize team, we created a campaign that reflects their commitment to innovation, service and quality, ensuring that their message resonates deeply across a broad and diverse audience.

The Phyllis M. Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking at Tulane University: In our work with the Taylor Center, we focused on enhancing visibility for their mission of social innovation and problem-solving. Through thoughtful design and messaging, we developed a platform that invites the community to engage with the Center’s work, bringing new light to their impactful programs addressing complex societal challenges.

This year, The Phoenix earned the esteemed recognition as the Capital Region’s Supplier of the Year at the CRMSDC (Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council) awards. Building on this achievement, we are also excited to announce that we were chosen from the pool of regional winners to be nominated for the prestigious NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) Supplier of the Year award. Being chosen from all the regional winners nationwide to compete on the national stage highlights the immense dedication and impact we've had in the supplier diversity field. This national recognition not only speaks to our team's hard work but places us among the top minority-owned businesses in the country and we look forward to continuing to push boundaries and create value for our clients and communities.
