The Phoenix Year-End Highlights 2024: Reflecting on a Year of Success and Collaboration
As we close the chapter on 2024, The Phoenix looks back with gratitude and pride on a year defined by our commitment to innovation, meaningful partnerships, and well-deserved recognition. From new collaborations that amplified our mission to accolades celebrating our creative ingenuity, this year showcased the dynamic strength of our team and our ability to deliver results. We were fortunate to have some new talent join The Phoenix family this year, infusing fresh energy and expertise into our projects. As our team grew, so did our ability to over-deliver on our client partners’ business objectives. Together, we transformed challenges to opportunities, turned ideas into high-impact solutions, and strengthened our position as a strategic marketing and communications powerhouse.
This year also marked expansion through new and existing partnerships. Notably, we welcomed Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson), Department of Commerce – MBDA, Eleven 09, Lincoln Financial Group, The National Football League, National Black Caucus of State Legislators, T. Rowe Price, CI Solutions- The Clean Water Partnership, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to our client roster. Our work reached new heights in 2024. Our work earned an AMA MX Award for "Best Campaign in Non-Profit Branding. Similarly, our rebranding efforts for several of our long-standing commercial clients were recognized with multiple Davey Awards, which honor creative excellence in digital design and marketing. These highlighted our agency’s ability to craft innovative solutions and exemplified our commitment to delivering results for brands committed to making the world better for this generation and the next.
Our agency received some incredible industry recognition this year, including, but not limited to, being named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5000 fastest growing companies, becoming a two time regional winner and national finalist for Supplier of the Year, and receiving a coveted Top 100 Business distinction at the 39th Annual Leaders and Legends Ceremony. These honors reflect the trust and confidence of our partners and our ability to drive results that matter.
Our Founder and CEO, Elizabeth Kemp Caulder, also set a high bar for excellence with multiple accolades that underscore her leadership and influence. For the second year in a row, she was named one of Washington, DC’s Top Women Leaders. She also earned a spot on Inc. Magazine’s prestigious Female Founders 250 list, which recognizes trailblazing women business leaders reshaping industries. Additionally, Elizabeth took the stage at The National Football League’s Annual Owners’ Meeting, The Essence Festival of Culture, The Washington Post’s Global Women’s Summit, and the NFL Combine to share her valuable insight and unique perspective. The book she co-authored on remote leadership, Winning In The Virtual Workplace was also published in 2024.
Are we the greatest team ever? Well, it's not up for us to say, but yes.
Looking ahead to 2025, we plan to leverage the inspiration of the hallmarks of 2024 and the important relationships that made those milestones possible. With a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to excellence, The Phoenix is poised and ready to rise to new heights. We want to thank you for being part of our journey. Cheers to a new year filled with opportunities for collaboration and prosperity.
