On August 5, 2025, we proudly celebrated the 6th birthday of Phoenix Lifestyle Marketing Group! Six years ago, we set out with a clear mission—to be the best agency to work for and the best agency to work with. Together, our Phoenix Phamily has transformed challenges into opportunities, delivering brand strategies and campaigns that resonate with audiences across the globe. Founded in 2019 on the promise of remote work, The Phoenix continues to recruit top-tier talent-- with personnel on 3 continents, empowering each team member to work where they are happiest and most productive. Over the past year, we’ve welcomed new voices who brought fresh perspectives and additional expertise to our projects further strengthening our ability to over-deliver on our client partners’ business objectives. While faces may occasionally change, one thing remains constant: our unwavering commitment to providing world-class brand strategy, creative design and program execution.
This year also brought new and expanded partnerships as we welcomed Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson), Eleven 09, The National Black Caucus of State Legislators, T. Rowe Price, CI Solutions – The Clean Water Partnership and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to our client roster. To our many client partners over the years, we extend our sincere thanks for your faith in us and your continued collaboration. Your trust has been integral to our growth and success. These partnerships join the ranks of the many organizations that have trusted us over the years each reflecting our shared values and dedication to making a meaningful impact through strategic marketing and communications.
Our achievements in the past year are a testament to the dedication and creativity of our team. We were named by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately-owned companies in the US, one of 3 finalists for Supplier of the Year by NMSDC, and was honored by The Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council as a top 100 MBE. We also earned an American Marketing Association MX Award for "Best Campaign in Non-Profit Branding" for our work with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., multiple Davey Awards honoring excellence in digital design and marketing for our work with Ahold Delhaize USA and the Taylor Center at Tulane University and multiple Communicator Awards for creative excellence for our work with Ahold Delhaize USA.
Our Founder, President and Chief Brand Strategist Elizabeth Kemp Caulder also continued to shine on national stages. She earned a place on Inc. Magazine’s prestigious Female Founders 250 list, was honored by The Daily Record as one of the Top 100 Women for a second time, was named one of Washington, DC’s Top Women Leaders for the second consecutive year and shared her insight at high-profile events including The NFL Annual Owners’ Meeting, The Essence Festival of Culture and The Washington Post’s Global Women’s Summit.
As we step into our seventh year, we reflect on our phenomenal progress making meaningful impact, and we look forward to forging new partnerships, strengthening relationships, and continuing to push creative boundaries always guided by The Phoenix Standard of Excellence.
