The Phoenix Team supported the Unifi Human Resources department to develop and produce a new video series designed to improve the overall onboarding process while also energizing new hires coming in to fill key roles at the company’s various facilities.

ADUSA Supply Chain Recruitment

The Phoenix developed and deployed a multi-channel media campaign across ten markets to build awareness for the Brand and effectively reach and connect with prospects as well as drive traffic to the ADUSA Supply Chain job application website. The foundation of the campaign was centered around the idea that the frontline workers that support the food supply chain are truly “Today’s Superheroes.” To bring the campaign to life, messaging focused on expressing gratitude for the tireless work that distribution center associates perform every day to keep local store shelves stocked with everything families need.

To connect key audience segments, special consideration was given to the creation of dynamic video advertisements that could be used to communicate key benefits and messaging on popular digital/streaming channels.
